Best Double Stroller Reviews
Graco DuoGilder Click Connect Stroller
“This Graco double stroller is a perfect choice for parents who need to transport two little ones on a tight budget. It’s simple, affordable, and surprisingly capable for the price. There’s a reason it’s rated so highly by Consumer Reports and parenting periodicals! I also think it’s the best bet for a travel system, unless you want a jogging model. In that case, go for the BOB below.”
Joovy Scooter X2 Double Stroller
Which of these double strollers should you buy for you and your little ones? The Graco is the obvious choice if you’re on a tight budget, or if you want a travel system. It’s the best tandem model we’ve reviewed and an excellent value. Just don’t expect the same kind of quality, convenience or maneuverability from this as you’d expect from the Joovy or the BOB. The Joovy Scooter X2 is our recommendation to the average parent who’s not looking for a travel system or a jogging stroller. It’s a perfect side-by-side model for going around town, walking on paths, and taking the kids shopping. The Joovy is more convenient than the Graco and ought to last longer. The only reason to spend more is if you want to be able to go jogging or walking off-road. In that case, get the BOB! Finally, the BOB Revolution Pro Duallie is our favorite double stroller for taking the little ones for a jog. It has fantastic suspension and can handle any terrain with its stellar tires. We also think it’s simply a well-designed stroller, wherever you decide to take it. Everything’s been thought through to a T, and it’s extremely pleasant to use. Just be prepared for the premium price tag! If you’re not going to jog or go on rough terrain, you don’t need something this rugged or expensive. It isn’t easy to find the best double stroller, but overall, although every model we’ve suggested here is a great option, if we had to recommend just one it would be the Graco DuoGilder Click Connect Stroller for its performance on a budget. Before you buy any stroller, it’s important to have a close look at the weight and height ratings. Make sure your new wheels are rated to handle the two kids you’re planning on transporting. Don’t forget to leave some room to grow, too! You don’t want to end up having to buy a whole new stroller only a year in. Think about your lifestyle before you buy. Are you an active parent who wants to jog? Are you just looking for something simple and practical for going around town? Do you need your stroller to turn into a travel system? Will this be your primary stroller, or are you going to have a couple sets of wheels to swap between? Answering all these questions for yourself will help you narrow down your options and make a smart decision. We hope you’ve enjoyed our guide to the best double strollers on the market! “Joovy’s Scooter X2 is a great double stroller for the average family. It’s not travel system-compatible, so do bear that in mind, but it’s a stellar everyday stroller to use if you’re not looking to buckle on car seats. It fits easily through doorways, handles well on streets and sidewalks, and has a ton of storage space! Unless you’re planning on going for jogs or on rougher walking trails where the BOB is a better choice, I think the X2 is the best bet!”BOB Revolution Pro Duallie Jogging Stroller
“BOB have really cornered the market on high-end jogging strollers, and the Revolution Pro Duallie is a perfect example as to why. It’s built like a tank, for one thing. I can’t find a single weak component. It’s also super comfortable for the kids. The best thing is that despite being a bigger stroller by virtue of the wheels and suspension, it’s still super convenient to get around! Don’t bother spending this much if you’re not committed to jogging regularly, though. It’s quite pricey and doesn’t make sense if you won’t get your money’s worth.”Conclusion
